Hon. Tunde Doherty Reacts to Atiku’s Exit from PDP: “No Threat to APC or President Tinubu”

The Chairman of the APC UK Chapter, Hon. Tunde Doherty, has responded to the breaking news of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Speaking live during the TVC News at 10, Hon. Doherty described Atiku and his allies as serial contestants who pose no threat whatsoever to the APC or President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He boldly declared the PDP a sinking ship, saying that any new coalition birthed from its ashes will lead to nothing. According to him, President Tinubu’s track record, achievements, and unwavering leadership will guarantee his re-election.

He said President Tinubu will be re-elected in 2027 because Nigerians believe in his vision and leadership.

The APC UK Chairman reassured supporters that the party remains united, focused, and strong both at home and in the diaspora.
